AlertPay doesn’t automatically allow you to accept credit/debit card payments from people.  You must submit some information to them for them to do a website review.  As long as you follow these instructions, you will be approved.

  • For the question:  “What is your Refund Policy?”  Type in:  All sales are final. No refunds.

  • For the question:  “Do you own and control the website through which you are selling items or accepting donations?”  Answer:  NO
  • AlertPay will email you in 1-5 business days to let you know that you can accept credit/debit cards.
